In Case of Emergency - I C E I In C case of E emergency Add a contact to your cell phonebook called ICE. For the phone number put someone you want to be called in case of an emergency such as a car accident, hospitalization, etc. Firefighters,rescuers, police and paramedics are beginning to look for ICE in cell phone directories to know who to call if needed in an emergency so why not put that contact into your directory today. I hope it's never needed.
